Microlink strives to ensure you are satisfied with our products and services, but if despite our efforts you still feel that you need to cancel your order then please follow the instructions below.
Prior to Delivery:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, prior to your delivery taking place, then please contact our Sales Team who should be able to assist. Please ensure you have first read and understood our Terms and Conditions.
After Delivery:
If you have already received your equipment and you are not satisfied, then you still have the right to have them returned and refunded, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and then phone our Sales Team who should be able to give you a return number and arrange for any collection necessary.
Within the first 30 days after delivery, Microlink PC offers customers the right to return their order and get a refund, following the guidelines below:
Under special circumstances and for individual cases, Microlink might withdraw these clauses, but is not obliged to and in all cases your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Microlink PC recognises the fact that sometimes even after the initial cooling off period, you might still want to return your equipment and can make allowance for this. If you have had your equipment for more than a month and feel you would like to return it or swap it, then please still give our Sales Team a call and will be able to give you a quote as to how much we will be able to give you towards buying your system back from you.
