The repair team consists of 6 experienced Hardware and Software engineers who work hard to ensure the minimum of delays to students.
- Thorough testing of all machines with full hardware and software checks.
- 5-10 Working Day Turnaround for all Repairs.
- Delivery details arranged with the student giving a report of the repair.
- Any Updates, including Anti Virus installed and tested.
- Full Backup created of the repaired machine before despatch.
- Loan Machine supplied for machines taking longer than 10 working days.
- Couriers are arranged and packaging can be sent to the student within 24 hours.
Onsite Repairs
Microlink PC has a network of trained Engineers across the country for On-Site hardware Support.
- Parts despatched to Students within 24hours of initial call.
- Engineers make a direct appointment with the student to arrange a convenient time and date for the repair.
