Advice
- New Product Information (price / spec / availability) to ensure One-Stop Shop Solutions.
- Preparations of Quotations for Full Systems.
- Advice on Upgrades and compatibility between old systems with new software and vice versa.
Processing
- Organise Delivery Dates (within 2 weeks from the order date).
- Order Confirmation in writing within 2 days from receipt of order.
- Inform Students of delays and complications with their orders.
- Liaise with LA / Access Centres to resolve complications and delays with orders.
- Organise Loan systems for delayed orders.
- Provide rental systems for final year students.
Upgrades
- Free advice to all students regarding upgrades to their system.
- Checking and confirming the systems' compatibility to the recommended software before sending it out or, if needed calling the machine in, so as to monitor and control the progress of the upgrade on a bench environment.
- Checking the status of the system, upgrading the Anti Virus and advising the student on ways to attend to his computer, before sending it back out again.
- Keeping the student updated of the progress of his upgrade and working around his schedule.
- A turn-around time period of 5 days.
- Supporting the software that has been added.
